Sunny family 5 bedroom home in downtown Toronto close to subway. Short-term furnished vacation rental, $2500/week or $8000/month. Perfect for a multi-family gathering. Sleeps 11 (+). Our home has a front porch, laundry, AC and dishwasher, a backyard patio and lawn. Plenty of desks and work spaces for a working holiday. We are a 5 minute walk to Ossington subway or College streetcar, 7 minutes to amazing Dufferin Grove Park (wading pool) or Christie Pits park (wading pool, free outdoor swimming pool) . Italian, Portuguese, Korean, Ethiopian, Greek, and Mediterranean restaurants are all within a few blocks. Laundry in basement. Come and enjoy summer in the city! Available June 30-August 13, flexible. Rate: $2500/week or $8000/month, or ask for dates. Better than a hotel, you get a whole 5 bedroom house and can cook your own food or eat at nearby restaurants! Non-refundable deposit of 1/2 of cost or $4000, whichever is less. Extension is possible in August. No smoking, next door tenant is extremely allergic to smoke. No pets please. Our street is quiet, full of families, leafy and friendly. More family lives next door. Street parking available overnight and weekly. Toronto is full of activities and festivals all summer long, come and spend some time here!
