We are a male couple of Danish and South Korean origins and have been living in London for approx 30 years. Palle is newly retired but was for 30 years CEO/Warden of a UK Registered Charity (Danish YWCA) and co-founder of Queen Ingrids College Flats in London. In retirement he is active as Vice-Chairman in The Anglo-Danish Society and The Danish Church in London. Has lately worked as free lance tour manager for AIFS, Sunge is working part time as steward for British Airways. In his sparetime he likes gardening and is a talented amateur chef. We are both interested in art and Scandinavian design which is heavily reflected in our property. We are therefore searching for tenants who will appreciate design/art. Our house is part of the Alexandra Estate built by architect Tom Kay in the 1970s and the building is listed. We renovated our property in 2020 but managed to keep the original of the house. No carpets and only wooden/tiled floors. The property is in walking distance to Regents Park, Primrose Hill, St Johns Wood High Street, Kilburn and Hampstead Village. 2 min from the propery there is a bus route which in 15 minutes takes you to Notting Hill. We are near Abbey Road and the famous Beatles studios. Transport links: 4 min walk to Swiss Cottage Tube, 1 min walk to South Hampstead Overground and 3-4 minutes walk to several bus routes. The balcony is lush with plants and a little oasis for relation with sunshine most of the day.
