Lovely patio and backyard with lots of birdfeeders & birds Close to parks, pools. libraries, shops (including Central Market), two blocks from a major bus line. Close to the University of Texas, the UT Med School, Ascension Seton, St David's Hospital, the Heart Hospital, Dell Childrens, Dell Seton and many tech company campuses. * 3rd single bedroom will be all cleared except of books - daughter now working in Japan will be home shortly and finally thinks it might be time to move her room to a guest room:-) * 2nd floor - converted attic - will be reserved for our storage except, by negotiation. if a designated working space is required as it's set up as an office at one end.
