We're subletting our apartment again for 10 months from this end of August 2023 through end of June 2024. We’re either looking for 1 tenant the whole time or to split it into 2 semesters with 2 different families. It’s right on Kiryat Sefer park (Kiryat Sefer 1) on the 2nd floor. 130 meters (1300 square feet), 4 rooms (3 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms and a covered porch (with AC could be another bedroom or office). The apartment is gorgeous and perfect for a family of 4 or 5. We have 3 small children.
