We are a local family with three downtown vintage 6-unit properties. We love our properties and really care about our tenants. This unit is the crown jewel of all our places. Looking for clean, respectful occupants who will appreciate the space and make the most of it. Looking to have committed tenants at least through the winter (through April) and otherwise open to lease length and timing. Rent includes all utilities and access to shares wifi. (Private wifi available at tenant’s expense.) Access to shared patio/pergola, BBQ, and backyard. Off street parking and non metered on street parking. Easy access to Cornell University, Ithaca College, and all downtown retail and amenities.

Comments: Second bedroom has a Murphy bed, so can be used as a study and guest bedroom. There is extensive closet space. Two luxury full baths. Beautiful architectural details throughout, inside and out. Local, responsive, caring landlord.
