Bed 160 x 200 - A second 10.5m2 bedroom upstairs, accessible from the garden with a large window and a 10m2 terrace overlooking the garden and the village roofs. It’s totally independant. The bathroom is downstairs with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Double bed 140 x 190. - A third bedroom on the square side. It’s an independant 16m2 studio with a flowered terrace, a well equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Double bed 140 x 190. - A fully equipped 10m2 kitchen with dish-washer, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, electric cooker with oven, coffee machine, bread toaster etc. it’s opening on the main terrace with a glass door and a window which makes the service on the garden table very easy. - A barbecue and a sink on the garden wall entirely covered with climbing plants and flowers.
