Description
We will be spending an academic year abroad and renting out our house furnished. There is a master suite, and 2 children's bedrooms with bunkbeds, as well as an office or 4th bedroom. Our street is very family friendly, lots of kids. We are walking distance to 2 commercial districts with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops; West Portal, the Inner Sunset/Golden Gate Park and are a short walk from the Forest Hill Muni Station which has subways going directly to the Castro, SoMa, the Financial District, the Embarcadero, in minutes. We are also walking and biking distance to the UCSF Parnassus Campus and San Francisco State University. University of San Francisco is just north of Golden Gate Park and is biking distance or a bike ride away. Utilities and WiFi included in rent.
