My place is an elegant, stylish and spacious heritage house suitable for single or couples. Flowing evenly through light filled interiors to tranquil outdoor areas, it is an excellent home for study, holidays or catch-ups. When you walk in the front door you walk down the hallway into the living, kitchen and dining area. It is an open plan with a modern kitchen and light filled lounge room. The dining room has various pieces of beautiful art. The couch in the living room is super comfortable and a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. The main bedroom is very spacious with a queen bed, and the large office has a desk, chair and desk lamp. If preferred, we can convert the office into a second bedroom with a comfortable fold-out sofa bed. There are wooden floorboards throughout and the decking area outside offers a great area to sit and take in some sun or entertain. There is a barbecue as well. If you like to cook or just kick back and relax you will enjoy staying here. Close by there are great walking and cycling tracks along the Cooks River which are beautiful on a sunny day. The cycle way leads to Botany Bay and Cronulla Beach. A standard bicycle is available for this purpose. It is located within short walking distance of Hurlstone Park train station and is close to the local shopping area which contains a small supermarket, cafes, hairdresser, post-office, wine-bar. From Hurlstone Park station to Central it takes 20 minutes. + Wi-fi + Fully equipped kitchen + a 5 minute walk to Hurlstone Park shops which has everything you need + Outdoor decking area + Close to train station, light rail and buses.
