The property is a detached property with two living rooms, a kitchen/dining room, plus an additional dining room, and downstairs toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a study. The kitchen is fully equiped with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There are gardens to the front and rear of the property and there is currently a cat in the property. Nottingham is located centrally in England and within easy access to the Peak District for hiking and sightseeing. Birmingham is 1 hour by car, London is 2 hours by train or car, and Manchester, Cambridge and Oxford are 2 hours 15 minutes by car. The East Midlands airport is 15 mins by car for international European flights and Birmingham Airport is 45 mins by car for long haul international flights. There are bikes provided and Nottingham has a good cycling network in and around the city.
