Opposite a lovely park with great views of London, around the corner from the nice restaurants, bars and pubs of Camberwell. Two bedrooms, one with large double, one with fold out futon (very comfortable). One office that stays remarkably cool in summer. There are no flats on either side, so there are great views of greenery and cross-ventilation. Balcony gets sun from about 11am to 7pm in summer. Enormous TV in the living room. Full disclosure section: There is a washing machine but no dish washer. The wifi is fibre-optic and super fast in the living room and office, but can be patchy in the master bedroom as the walls are so thick. Dates are flexible. Happy to answer any questions.
