We would like to rent our three bedroom house to a responsible people from July 24 August 28, Located near Christie Street and St. Clair Ave. West between Mid town and down town - one of the most beautiful and peaceful area in Toronto. The house is renovated with an open concept main floor, air conditioning, full kitchen, laundry, TV, Internet, entertainment room in the basement, backyard and garden. Our house is directly across from Wychwood Barns, there is a park directly across the street from the house, 2 minute walk to streetcars and buses, 7 minute walk from the St. Clair Ave. West subway and 2 minute walk to St. Clair Ave., with a variety of restaurants, shopping, yoga and fitness centers, and convenience stores. The price is $4500 for 5 weeks plus hydro, gas and water (the rent includes phone line & internet). There is free parking in the back of the house. We are looking for the right people above all, so please get in touch if you are that right ones.
