Rural house near hiking/cyclists paradise

I recently finished my Master’s in Interdisciplinary Latin American Studies in Berlin, which is why I will be going back and forth between both countries (Mexico-Germany). Me and my mother are looking for friendly, respectful and nature loving people to live in our colorful home. The house has 3 bedrooms, but one of them will be kept closed to keep personal belongings inside. Nonetheless, the other 2 bedrooms are spacious, with built-in closets and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house also has a medium sized garden perfect to sunbathe, practice yoga or read surrounded by a calm and green environment. The neighborhood is very calm and safe with many shops, cafes and small restaurants in walking distance. The hill “Cerro Zapotecas” is also very close by, which is why during the weekends you will be able to see many cyclists reuniting in the area. The town center of Cholula is also not far from the house. Cholula offers a wide variety of gastronomical options, cultural and nightlife activities. Cholula is home to one of the most famous pyramids in Mexico, which is also why it has the status of “pueblo mágico” (Magical town).
