You will be in the heart of the charming Elmwood Neighborhood in Berkeley, close to great coffee shops, restaurants, markets, movie theater, and more. UC Berkeley campus is just a 15min walk or 5min bike ride up the street. Everything you need is within walking distance. Close to public transit: bus stop & bike share (within 4min walking) and Rockridge or Ashby BART train (within 15min walking). The neighborhood is charming, very safe and surrounded by gorgeous homes and gardens. You'll also be within walking distance to hiking trails and the woods in nearby Claremont Canyon.
