Flat in the heart of Montmartre, writer's sanctuary, new kitchen

Having just obtained a permanent academic job in Toulouse, I am looking to let my flat to an academic for the academic year, or for at least one semester. I have lived here full-time since 2015 and am looking for someone reliable and serious to enjoy my beloved home as I have for the past few years. My favourite features: the kitchen was redone in 2021 and is a great space for those who enjoy cooking; my office was redone just a couple of months ago, and there is plenty of space for those who want to bring their books and to set up a desktop computer. The office looks onto a quiet Montmartrois courtyard, as does the bedroom. One of my favourite views is of the typically Parisian zinc roofs, seen from both the bedroom and office, and from the balcony. The living room is a wonderful place to read, and guests can be welcomed easily and comfortably since the sofa (also new, bought in 2022) doubles up as a bed. Both the bed and the sofa bed are high quality (the brand is "Tediber") as I appreciate a good night's sleep! The apartment is situated at the crossroads of the chic Jules Joffrin and the more mixed Marcadet Poissoniers. Their bar opposite (on the living room side) is a must for trendy hipsters. If you want more classic addresses, go to Jules Joffrin. The Sacré Cœur is 10 minutes away on foot. Amenities nearby: a swimming pool seven minutes away on foot; a reasonably priced food market every Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday. The apartment is non-smoking but you may smoke on the balcony (as long as you clear up before leaving). My neighbours are calm and the apartment is therefore not appropriate for party animals. For those looking for a spacious bathroom, this is not the place for you. My bathroom is 1m2 but perfectly functional and redone in 2021 too. There is a shower, two medicine cabinets for your toiletries, and plenty of space to hang your towels. A washing machine is found in the kitchen.
