We are looking for someone who absolutely loves nature. Our home has spectacular views of the salt marsh, Leete's Island, Long Island Sound and the Leete Farm, which has been in our family since the 17th century. The sunsets are breathtaking. The wildlife is abundant with many aquatic birds and bald eagles. Bird watchers from all over come to see the rare birds. In addition, the property is adjacent to the Leete's Family farm which has been farmed for generations. You will see and hear the beef cattle that graze in the fields surrounding the property. A short walk from the house is a public beach that is great for swimming, sunbathing, boating, fishing and clamming. If you have a kayak it is just a short paddle to the Thimble Islands. This location is ideal for someone who is a writer, a painter, photographer or simply a nature lover. The house has recently been completely undated. It has new central air conditioning, furnace, well, water softener, washing machine and stainless-steel appliances. Everything is in great shape and I am a very attentive landlord.
