Casita Azul - private home, hillside of Costa Rica, 6 min drive to beach

This is my new built home, finished in February 2023. It's a dream realized and put together with a lot of hard work, love and joy! I´d like to rent the house in my absence to respectful and clean tenants, who are searching for a peaceful hideout in Costa Rica. I have to travel frequently and am flexible about dates, prefer monthly rentals though. Searching for particularly clean and organized tenants, as I myself keep everything pretty immaculate. Location about a 5 minutes drive by car/motorbike/ATV from the busy tourist and surf town Santa Teresa with its beautiful beaches " Playa Mal Pais, Playa Carmen, Playa Santa Teresa, and Playa Hermosa". My little house has its own wonderful lookout over the hills of Costa Rica on a 1.000 sqm property. Besides the marvelous waves for surfing and the picturesque beaches, Santa Teresa destination and its surrounding move plenty of art groups, language classes, botanical courses and much more. The national park "Cabo Blanco" is just around the corner and national park "Curú Paquera" at a 1.5 hours drive. There are various schools in the area, which are constantly searching for volunteers and tutors for their public programs such as for example the Hermosa Valley School (http://www.hermosavalleyschool.org). Great community-oriented programs everywhere. Tons of good restaurants and options to connect in town. The house has 68 sqm and hosts maximum 2 people. It contains a big light-flooded kitchen and living area with a gorgeous view over the green slopes. The two hillside-looking glass sliding doors open completely and give an amazing view over a lush and green scenery. Books and some beanbags invite for chilling. A yoga mat and exercise ball can be used for daily routines. I can leave my Bluetooth speaker for music lovers. The kitchen is spacious and has all utensils needed. There is a big fridge with freezer compartment and an oven with stove, a blender, coffee grinder, pots and pans etc. The bed room has air conditioning and a big open wardrobe with plenty of space to hang and store clothes. All open, so stuff gets some air - important in the humid climate of Costa Rica. The bed measures 2m x 2m, king size. Waking up, one can enjoy the fantastic hill view. The bathroom has shower, WC and lavatory in a modern style. Hot water on all taps. Towels and sheets provided. Starlink Satellite Wi-Fi makes working from home easy. An outdoor shower to rinse of the sand coming from the beach, is to be found in the back of the house. The carport right under the big house roof covers your vehicle from sun and rain in case. Property gated, situated in a lovely rural, not touristy neighborhood. My neighbors are from all over the world and most of them close friends. I can help with any information about the area or anything else you might need to know about Costa Rica traveling. If needed I am happy to help organizing your transports or rental vehicles let me know too! The rental price includes all utilities (water, electricity, internet) and a weekly cleaning/maid service. No access to the laundry machine or dryer for tenants, but maid does your laundry once a week.
