Description
I am a professor at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, Florida. While my home is within about a 10 minute walk of Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBAU), I take tri-rail to FAU. It is about a 10-12 minute bike ride to the train station both in West Palm Beach & again in Boca Raton; the train ride is approximately 30 minutes and offers free WIFI. You may use my bicycle should you need it. If choosing to commute by car, the ride is approximately 30 minutes. My home is also about a 5 minute car ride from the Brightline - the high speed rail line to Miami. The home is conveniently located to groceries, shops, cafes, etc. The Flamingo Park Neighborhood, where the home is located is a historic neighborhood built in the 1920s. It is known for its Mediterreanan architecture and lush tropical landscaping. The home is 6 blocks to the intracoastal waterway and about a 15 - 20 minute bike ride to Palm Beach (the closest beach). Our home features an office in the front and as well as in the back cottage (great for two people working from home). Additionally, it has a light filled Florida room. We have many games, books and toys to occupy children as well as adults. We have a lovely tropical gardens in the front and back.

Comments: Our home is actually a primary house (1450 SF) 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with a cottage studio (300 SF (includes bathroom and full kitchen). The cottage could be used as an art studio or seperated office if desired.

Comments: Our home is located in a tropically lush, historic, walkable neighborhood (3 groceries within a few blocks), cafes, and shops. Palm Beach is a 7 minute car ride or 15-20 minute bike ride.
