Spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a separate TV room/lounge room and easy free street parking. Blackout curtains in the bedroom and TV room as well as a noise machine & memory foam mattress. High speed internet available with a work area, a Roku for streaming, full kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven, additional lounge for morning coffee, studying/working and relaxing, & more. There is a designated corner in the bedroom for the office space but it is not a separate room, as is - I do have a backdrop to provide that can be put up in the case of Zoom calls, etc. Peaceful, comfortable, and convenient with the Allegheny Station stop only a 3 minute walk away, Temple University a 10 minute train ride, 9 minute bike or 25 minute walk and Temple Hospital just around the corner!
