Looking for 2- to 3-month tenant! Kick back and relax in this roomy two-story townhouse with big lanais right on the marina. Gorgeous sunsets and views over the water at night. You'll be returning to a true retreat, a haven of peace and calm, whenever you get back home, but it's centrally located. This place ordinarily rents for $4,000 a month, but I'm willing to rent it for $2,800/month to someone I can trust to keep my two lovely cats safe and loved. Comfortable for four: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with baths and showers & a guest bathroom downstairs. Pool, hot tub and barbecue grills on the property. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants.
