Description
Nice place to relax/study. Far enough away from campus to relax, but close enough to bike. We are 3 min walk from Mary Beth Doyle Park and 35-min walk from York's wine patio. Our yard is a certified wildlife habitat. We love our dragonflies, butterflies, birds, and groundhogs. The screened-in porch provides a great space to study, nap, or bird watch. There are two raised beds and perennial herbs. The inside is fun and cozy, and the house is very comfortable for two people and occasional guests. I went to law school at Michigan and am currently doing a fellowship so I will be away from Ann Arbor for the summer and academic year. There is a queen bed (Casper mattress) in one room, a projector for movies and a futon in another (for lounging/guests), and an office. There is a laundry room with a Speed Queen washer. The bathroom has a tub and shower.
