Ideal for academics or families visiting Syracuse University or those targeting the FM School District. Enjoy shared living with full access to common areas (den, sunlit sunroom, relaxing patios, and more), co-hosted by a Syracuse professor. Our spacious house is also home to us and our two friendly cats. Schools are walkable and Syracuse University campus and downtown are just a 25-min drive away. Your stay offers access to two private, adjacent upstairs bedrooms, bathed in east morning sun. Ideal for families or co-travelers, these rooms provide a sense of togetherness yet privacy. Alternatively, one room can be easily transformed into a personal workspace, as per your needs. Just steps away, a dedicated 1.5 bathroom with shower and dual vanity/sink areas is at your disposal. Both rooms are off a shared common hallway, which also leads to our private spaces, fostering a sense of shared community while respecting boundaries. The rest of our spacious house warmly welcomes you.
