Our beautiful Edwardian house in central Muswell Hill is a stone's throw from shops, cafes, gym and cinema. Built in 1906, it is an 'Arts & Crafts' home, full of original features, wooden floors, original floor tiles on many levels. It has three large double bedrooms (there is a fourth bedroom which will be used for storage). The two main bedrooms have very comfortable king/queen size beds and overlook the street. The third available bedroom is on two levels with a sleeping area on a mezzanine floor, overlooking the garden. The bathroom is very large and has a power shower and bath tub. There is a second small bathroom with a toilet and wash basin downstairs. The house has three large reception rooms: one elegant living room furnished with oriental fabrics, a second living room with flat screen TV and large corner sofa for lounging, and one large dining area with an additional sofa. The dining table seats eight people and the area opens via a folding door onto a lovely garden with outdoor table and gas-fired BBQ. The well equipped kitchen is open plan with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, two electric ovens, microwave and a gas hob. The house is very light - the sun streams into the kitchen in the morning, and the front of the house in the evening. More pictures available on request. Everyone who visits loves this house - it has a great atmosphere and is really close to lovely cafes and shops - and yet it takes just 30 minutes to get to Euston (close to universities) and 45 minutes to get into the West End (bus routes 102 , 234, 45 or 134 to the Northern Line, or bus W7 to the Piccadilly Line.) It is a very friendly street and the neighbours always welcome to newcomers. We have two friendly cats who like to be stroked and tickled but don't require anything except some food each day.
