Description
Our home was recently remodeled with vaulted ceilings and skylights, is both light and airy but warm and comfy. It's located 15 min from BART, close to transbay buses and other public transit, easy walking distance to three lively commercial districts with grocery stores, shops and lots of restaurants. We're also a 10 min walk to Lake Merritt, itself an urban oasis, about a 3 mile walk around which is great for outdoor recreation. We're 15 min drive to Oakland's East Bay Regional Parks with towering redwoods and oak woodlands. We split time between Oakland and Tahoe and in an ideal world would love to share our home, which is actually a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, with one bedroom primarily an office. However not everyone is interested in a share situation even if they have their own bedroom and bathroom, so depending dates, etc. We can make the space totally yours. Reach out and we can chat.

Comments: Incredibly central in a walkable and bikeable area! 15 min walk to BART, 10 min walk to grocery stores, restaurants, Lake Merritt, downtown Oakland, and a short BART ride into San Francisco. 5-10 min to multiple hospitals.

Comments: We would prefer to rent our house for two months or so, but are open to other options. Dates somewhat flexible. Also open to a house-share where you rent a private bed & bath, share the common spaces. This would be $1900/month.
