Description
Our home, the Halsey House (c. 1829) is a stately Greek Rivival-style Victorian with 5 suites available each with private en suite bathrooms. Located on the southern edge of Trumansburg you will be 1 mile from the lovely T-burg downtown, 1 mile to Taughannock Falls State Park, 8 miles to Ithaca, 9 miles to Cornell and Ithaca College. There are wineries galore within 5-10 miles. Guests have use of common rooms that include the living and dining rooms, parlor, kitchen, patio and porch. Plenty of parking available, garage available to store bikes. We also have a level 2 car charger available for a fee. We are open to weekly and monthly rentals for 1-2 persons. Comments: Stream across the street feeds the Taughannock Falls, grocery, gas and liquor stores 1 mile up the road, Black Diamond bike trail head is 1 mile away and goes all the way into Ithaca. Bus service (TCAT 21) available on Rt 96. Hospital 6 mi away.

Comments: Historic manor (5000 sq ft) with 5 guest rooms each with en suite bathroom. LR, DR, kitchen, porch and outside patio shared and kept clean and uncluttered. Queen and King-sized beds available, sitting chairs and workspace in each room.
