Our house would be great for a family or a couple. You'll feel at home on a great street in one of the best neighborhoods in Austin. We're a few blocks from Quack's Bakery, Julio's Mexican restaurant, Fresh Plus Grocery, Shipe Park (pool, playground, basketball & tennis courts), the Triangle, and more. There are three bedrooms. The primary has a queen bed, separate bath, and walk-in closet (including washer and dryer). The kids' room has bunkbeds and can include some starter toys, books, and games if you'd like. An upstairs loft-type room that we use as a TV and guest room has a single day bed that can convert to a queen along with a smart TV to log in to all of your various streaming services. Our newly remodeled hall bathroom has heated floors (cozy even in the winter). The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all separate rooms but open to one another. The kitchen is equipped with all of your standard modern appliances plus a mixer, Instant Pot, and blender. The separate dining room seats six (including two adjustable kids' chairs). An office off of the kitchen makes working from home easy along with ??? internet. Outdoor spaces include a front porch great to watch the neighborhood go by, a backyard deck, and native plant landscaping (all fed by drip irrigation, so not something you should have to deal with). Other outside features are two raised garden beds if you are into growing veggies, a grill, small shed for bikes, and an electric car charger.
