My apartment This beautifully decorated, quiet, main floor lower level apartment has a lovely ambience. Newly decorated and furnished, it includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and sunny deck. There is a bright living room with an elegant sofa and swivel loveseat. Downstairs there is a big ensuite bedroom with a giant TV, which is the main focus of the lower level. To the right is a laundry with a high-end Bosch washer and dryer. To the right is an adjoining smaller bedroom suitable for a child or working area. The apartment is fully furnished, including towels and linens. There is a front porch where you might like to hang out to enjoy the evening sun. A large treed shaded back garden full of birds and squirrels graces the back of the home. This home is child and pet-friendly. This neighbourhood is located between the Annex and Casa Loma. It has many amenities along Dupont Street within ten walks of the apartment: Fat Pasha, Chadwicks, Rose and Son and theatre: Tarragon Theater is on the next block—great coffee shops and Cafes. Also, LCBO and a Shoppers Drug Mart are all just a few minutes away. Three bike rental stops within a block. To get to the University of Toronto, you can walk ( 25 minutes), bike ( 10), or take the subway, which is 6 minutes walk to Dupont subway. George Brown College and Toronto Metropolitan University are next doors, and all the major hospitals are only a few subway stops away. If you have a car, there may be free parking available, or you can get temporary or long-term street parking. It would best suit someone quiet and respectful. I live and work next door in the an online and face-to-face tutor. You will have total privacy as the apartment has a separate entrance.
