We look forward to sharing our house and furnishings .Upstairs has 3 bedrooms & 1.5 baths. Downstairs has entry hall w/armoire, living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, office, TV room w/hide-a-bed. There are 2 full bathrooms on the first floor. The kitchen, dining room and TV room have French doors leading to a wrap-around deck and from the deck are stairs leading to a spacious backyard. From the master bedroom upstairs there is a peel-a-boo view of the Golden Gate bridge. Many of our neighbors have lovely trees, giving a feeling of being (almost) in a forest. Built in 1911, the upstairs was converted to a separate apartment in 1949. We bought the duplex in 1970. In 1984, we converted it back to a single-family dwelling. However, the outside stairs to the 2nd floor remain. When our young daughter occupied that space, we blocked off the short hallway leading to the outside door. After all the children moved out, that front bedroom became my Educational Therapy office....handy having an outside entrance. Now it's a guest room.
