We are going on assignment for three years in Europe and are looking for a long term rental of our home. it's in a lovely setting with great access to Carrboro and Chapel Hill. The house was designed by an architect for his own use. It's light and airy but also warm and inviting. It's located in the Chapel Hill School District. It's located on a very quiet drive that is great for walking and observing the frequent deer, rabbits, and squirrels. This home offers the added convenience of a property manager who is on call 24/7 in case of any problems. The property manager will handle all the rental paperwork and details as well.
