An apartment in prime location

Description

We are academics at Tel Aviv University and will be leaving for a sabbatical year abroad. This is not our apartment, but we love it and have a long-term lease. Therefore, we are looking for subtenants. The apartment’s location is perfect. It is a 5-minute walk to Park Hayarkon and many bus stations, shops, and restaurants. It is easy to get to anywhere interesting in Tel Aviv, as well as the beach and Tel Aviv port, either on foot or with a short bus ride. The apartment is furnished (Including all electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, toys etc.). We have a large living room, 2 large bedrooms and another small bedroom (suitable for a toddler or infant). The living room includes a dining area, and two office areas. There is one small bathroom, and a larger bathroom with a tub/shower. The apartment is not renovated but is in good condition, perfect for a family. The size is about 85 square meters (915 sq ft). Fourth floor with lots of light and air. There is an elevator and parking. It’s very close to two primary schools, two high-schools, and a few pre-schools.
