Description
Walking distance to all Glen Arbor has to offer, this modern boutique cabin was built in 2020 and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The dramatic open concept kitchen/great room/dining room has a 24 foot ceiling, oversized south/east/west-facing windows for maximum daylight, and a swoon-worthy kitchen with 10 foot island counter as central gathering spot. the first floor has polished concrete floors with in-floor heat. Outside there is a patio area with fire pit, and a hot tub that can comfortably accommodate four adults at a time. The first floor of the house has two bedrooms, each with one queen bed. The second floor has one large bedroom with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is a desk in the smallest of the first floor bedrooms which would easily work as an office.
