We are looking for a family who can stay in our house for 10 to 12 months in 2024. Our house is fully furnished and kids friendly with woodhouse bunker beds, organizers, bookshelves for kinds. Master bedroom is on the main floor. including one full bathroom (including bathtub and shower booth). Flower bed and vegetable garden. A 3-car garage is a large clean so that it can also be used for storage space. Two refrigerators and two freezers. Nice deck connected to casual dining on the main floor. Large walk-in closets. Close to Cornell University, Ithaca College, Tops, Target, Ithaca Mall, Asian Market, Sciencenter, Farmer's market, Cayuga Medical Center, Pediatrics, Sapsucker Woods, Buttermilk Falls State Park (all within 10-15 minutes). Well established quite neighborhood in kids-friendly safe environment with low traffic. Monthly rental fee includes mowing service (~$300/month), internet service/wifi (~$100/month), municipal water, and garbage collection fee (~$32/month) that the owner will pay for. The tenant's own payment includes utility (including gas, and electricity), and garbage stickers (~$1 per week). The tenant does not need to contact utility company for gas and electricity because the tenant will pay the billed amount for the landlord, who will pay for the utility company.
