We will be renting out our 2 bedroom condo apartment in Kew Gardens (north Flushing, Queens), New York City. Our 2nd floor condo is in a quiet neighborhood that has many trees and gardens. The condo building is 3 floors only so it is quiet and very comfortable. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed air conditioner and is well lit with 2 windows. In the living room there is also a queen size sofa-bed. It has lots of space for a couple plus occasional guest(s). The second smaller bedroom can also accommodate a guest double as a work desk and library. There is a second work desk in the living room. All rooms have wall to wall carpet except kitchen and bathroom. Our condo has free 24hrs alternate street parking that requires moving only on Wednesdays and Fridays (10am-12pm). It has a newly renovated bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower head and a hand-held shower head, large round mirror and an automatic smart toilet. The condo has 3 air conditioners, large (85in) TV, wifi, recessed ceiling lights, and USB charging ports for phones. It is under 10min bus ride from the subways and rail transportation; E, #7, F, and Long Island Railroad at downtown Flushing. The kitchen is also newly renovated with a silver 2 door refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, gas top range burners, exhaust hood, Air Fryer, Pressure Cooker (rice and soups), a NutriBullet blender (slush/smoothies), Bodium (coffee), Bialetti (expresso maker), and toaster. The dining room area is open-concept with large marble counter-top and over head lighting. It is located 30min subway from Manhattan (central park) and 15 minutes bus ride to downtown Flushing. We are centrally located close to LaGuardia airport (15min car) and 30 minutes from Kennedy Airport (car). You can also visit Queens Botanical Gardens (10min bus), Queens College (10mins car), Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Mets Stadium, Kissena Corridor Park(includes athletic fields, playgrounds, wildlife pond, and community gardens. The local plaza is 3-5min walk and includes Key Foods, Pizza, Chinese Food, Duncan Donuts, pharmacy, wine store, 7/11 store, Verizon store, and a bank. Cost: $1975 per month with a $500 deposit for damages/repairs. All utilities included. We are open to rentals as short as 3 months up to 12 months.
