Ample Three Bedroom/2 Bath Home in Oaxaca

We are renting our home for the 2023/24 academic year. It is fully furnished and has three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the first floor is the living room which has two large comfortable couches with a flat-screen TV. There is a play area with lots of toys and books. (They can be stored if not needed.) There is a full bathroom and a kitchen with a table that seats eight people. On the second floor are the three bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom has a desk, printer, phone, and router. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the other two each have two individual/twin beds. There are lots of patios and natural light, and all doors and windows are screened. There is a one-car garage. Our house is located in La Colonia Estrella just behind El Hotel Fortin, El Club de Leones, and just up the hill from the Xochimilco neighborhood. It takes us about 20 minutes to walk to the historic center of Oaxaca. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we have lived here for the past five years. The rent includes high-speed wifi, electricity, cable, and telephone, but does not include gas or drinking water. We have a service for drinking water delivery, and it should run about $100 pesos each week, or about $6 USD, and gas ranges in price depending on consumption, but usually about $500 pesos every six weeks, or $30 USD. There is an optional weekly cleaning service. The home also has a 5,000-liter cistern, and we've not had problems with water. The potable water arrives about every two weeks and fills the cistern. Garbage services run consistently every Tuesday and Wednesday morning, and they pick up just outside of the front door.
