The house is located in Cuernavaca the capital and largest city of the state of Morelos in Mexico and is just one hour away from Mexico City. The city is known as “the city of eternal spring” and has long been a favorite escape for Mexico City and foreign visitors because of its warm, stable climate and abundant vegetation. The city offers a large selection of restaurants and cafes, as well as excellent shopping opportunities. Our home is in a quiet small residential gated community with 24-hour security surrounded by beautiful gardens and within walking distance to public transport. It's an ideal tranquil place for anyone looking for some time to focus on your writing, research, painting or to learn or improve your Spanish, or to even take a Mexican cooking class. The room we rent is located on the upper floor of the house with a private bathroom and a large balcony. You will have access to the shared use of terrace, garden, pool, tennis court and also have one assigned secure parking space. You will be sharing the house with a German-Swedish family and our 2 small dogs. Included in the price: all bedding, towels and weekly cleaning. Also, all utilities, Internet, cable TV, and 2 Meals (Half board: Breakfast and Dinner).
