Living on vacation soon, looking for 1 or 2 guests in my 2 bedroom apt

I am an MFA degree artist and art instructor originally from Ukraine, live in SM since 2011. I share my home with my daughter who is a young artist as well, currently doing her ceramic technique studies in Japan. Our ground floor living room we arranged for our comfortable studio space and living resting space. We have all and nice equipment in the kitchen, lots of spices, tea and coffee tools, dishes and bowls - we love to cook ?? We love light in our home all windows in our apartment are till floor like doors. Santa Monica never has hit because of its location near the ocean and we love to open our window to feel fresh breeze even in a summer days. Or bedrooms are upstairs also each have little balconies and one master bedroom has additional large balcony-patio. The large bathroom with shower and tube located in a hallway of second floor. We have laundry room on third floor and spacious patio with the sail and fireplace on it. Near the house is a huge tree we call it fairy kingdom. It gives us lots of green love and freshness in the summer. There is two garage spaces in underground garage, a permitted street parking is also available, we have a guest permit. Great location in 5-10 min brings you to the ocean beach, we love to see sunsets almost every day.
