We are looking to rent our beautiful, well-located 1 bed, 1 bath house apartment to a couple, or individual who will take care of the property and enjoy its many amenities, including proximity to Houston's Medical Center and within 10-15 minutes of major universities. We are centrally-located in Montrose; walking distance to thrift shops, bars, restaurants, and other adult festivities. The apartment is located on a side street, so it's relatively quiet even though you are close to downtown Houston, the Musuem District, and all of Houston's wonders. There are dual monitors available for remote workers. Smart TV, California King bed, and all modern amenities needed for travel. If you are a short-term/spring semester visitor looking for a cozy, furnished rental in a desirable inner loop neighborhood, this might be the place for you. Rent, schedule, and availability negotiable. We are open to rentals of up to 7 months duration.
