Description
We're away teaching for the fall semester and looking for a responsible sublettor for our spacious 4BR 3BR home in Boulder. The house is warm and furnished thoughtfully, with two of the bedrooms set up as offices and the ability to add one more king-sized bed. In addition to living room, den with fireplace, and dining room, there's a ping-pong table in the sunroom and two outdoor decks in a fenced-in yard that holds seating, BBQ grill, bocce set, and a vegetable garden. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, and other amenities! The house is located in a calm neighborhood only 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and 10 minutes from Longmont, with extensive hiking and biking trails right outside the door and a great off-leash dog park within walking distance. We are surrounded by small organic farms, and a big grocery store as well as restaurants are within a short walk. You can bike to Boulder or Niwot on the connected trails, or swim and kayak at the reservoir--and all the trails and restaurants and galleries of Boulder are close by, with skiing about 35 minutes away at Eldora. We are both writers, and would love to sublet our house to visiting scholars, artists, or digital nomads looking to enjoy a healthy, sun-filled lifestyle in Boulder. We would also be interested in a swap with someone in the NYC/NJ/Hudson Valley area!

Comments: Beautiful mid-century neighborhood in a semi-rural landscape with farms, trails, swimming and biking within an easy reach--as well as grocery stores and restaurants. All the amenities of Boulder are a ten-minute drive away, same with Longmont!

Comments: Large fenced-in yard with bocce set, ping-pong table in the sunroom, and two decks for outdoor lounging. Parking for two cars, and lots of recreational opportunities nearby. We pick up our CSA within walking distance and keep a vegetable garden.
