Light-filled guesthouse in Mission Canyon

Surrounded by live oaks, this guesthouse is nestled in the foothills with spectacular views of Cathedral Peak. We have recently remodeled this space, with new flooring, windows, HVAC, bathroom, and studio kitchen. You will be steps away from the popular Tunnel Trail, ~3 miles to downtown Santa Barbara, and within walking distance of the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden. The "back way" to UCSB takes approximately 20 minutes. One full bed and one sofa (non-sleeper) available. Small dining table with 2 chairs can double as a desk. There is plenty of storage so that the place feels open, not cluttered. There is a lovely little patio with mountain views and a small sculpture garden just outside the guesthouse. PLEASE NOTE: there is construction happening on the main house of this property and we cannot guarantee quiet between 8am-6pm. The workers are respectful of our renters!
