A great family house in a great location. We are 3 min drive/15 min bike/30 min walk to Cornell campus. Yet, our large backyard borders Six Mile Creek Natural Area, with miles of hiking trails, streams, gorges, waterfalls, and a winery within walking distance. The house comes fully furnished, including a flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, a deck that overlooks the backyard, bedding linens, towels, and a fully functioning kitchen. All you need to bring are your clothes. The house is 1700 sq.ft. on 3 levels. Lower level has one bedroom (a queen size bed), full bathroom with shower, laundry, and a family room with TV and an additional sleeper sofa. The family room could be used instead as an office. Main level has full kitchen, small bathroom, living room with fireplace and dining room with large table. Upper level has two large bedrooms (both with queen size beds) and a bathroom. There is a one-car garage and room for 2 cars in the driveway. The house sits on a large yard that extends back to a stream. The neighborhood is great for families, with an elementary school (Belle Sherman) about a 3 min drive away. If tenant mows the lawn and shovels the snow, we will deduct $200/month from the rent.
