Our bungalow-style house has 3BR and 2BA and is in a relaxed part of LA about 10 minutes from Pasadena. This is our primary home, so we have lots of extras, including a new bathroom in the primary bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. We love to cook as a family, so we have lots of gadgets and a 6-ft counter to prep. New Bosch dishwasher and LG stove, gas grill in the backyard and three different seating areas outside to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. In the winter months, you can pick grapefruits and oranges in our backyard. We both work from home, so one of the bedrooms is set up as an office, but can be converted to a bedroom if necessary. Super-fast internet. Possibility to use our car.
