Gorgeous views, top-floor apartment near Sagrada Familia

We are Tan and Gui, a couple with a small baby living in Baix Guinardo, a calm and well-connected neighbourhood of Barcelona. Our place is available for approximately two months over summer 2023 with the possibility of extension. The apartment is on the top floor of a building a short walk away from the modernist Hospital Sant Pau and 15-20 minutes walk away from the Sagrada Familia. Our street is very tranquil but a just few metres away from supermarkets, shops, a large leisure centre with indoor and outdoor pools, bars and restaurants. Also just downhill from the city's largest green space, the Parc del Guinardo, which is accessible with public escalators and lifts. Two metro lines within 7 minutes walk and tons of bus connections put the city within easy reach. Our home is bright and cozy, with minimalist decoration and plenty of books and plants. Two terraces present a view over the whole city - one is open and perfect for dining or entertaining, and the other is closed and setup as a studio. A newly fitted and well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge opens onto the living room. Another large studio with a spare bed faces the tranquil main bedroom with double bed. Wifi and washing machine available. No AC but we have fans and air filters if needed. The height and double terraces keep this flat much cooler than expected, a breeze blows through constantly making it a couple of degrees cooler than street temperatures at all times. A real refuge from hot Barcelona summers!
