Retired couple spending winters in our home in Colorado. Looking for renters who will take care of our home as if it is their own. Close to SU and LeMoyne. Also, close to all Syracuse hospitals. Quiet neighborhood. Parking for 1 car in garage but room for more in driveway. 3br 21/2bath but 3rd br used to store our stuff. Can be negotiable.

Comments: We spend the winters in our home in Colorado. We had previously rented to our accountant. He has since retired. Normally we leave Mid November and return May 1. This year we plan on leaving Sept 1 and ret May 1. We have match for 9/1/23-12/31/23
