Spacious quiet bedroom has a queen bed. AC, fans and ceiling fans. I'm looking for a responsible, like-minded academic / creative to sublet the apartment for 3 or 4 months while I am on sabbatical (I'll be in Paris Spring 2023 semester). It would be ideal to host another professor on sabbatical! :D 10 mins walk to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden! Fun area with great restaurants & bars - Prospect / Crown Heights. 200 ft from the Shuttle train connecting to the C/B/Q. 5 min walk to Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5. Wifi, electric, gas, wifi. A bit about me: I'm an artist, professor at The New School, New Yorker for 15+ years. I'm trilingual- I speak French, Korean, English. I love my apartment and have been living here for 5+ years. I am traveling in August and I hope that this space will provide a beautiful refuge for traveler(s) while I'm away.
