120 sqm attic apartment with 15sqm terrace, fully equipped children's room, master bedroom with extra bed, large eat-in kitchen and workspace in the bright hallway room. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and a guest bathroom. We have an additional crib (70 cm x 140 cm). For 6 weeks from September 25th 2023 to November 3rd 2023 --> total 2000 € all incl. This is our condo, so we would like to leave the apartment in responsible hands. We live on the 3rd floor, unfortunately there is no elevator. The apartment is located near the S- and U-Bahn station Tempelhof (7 min walk, Ringbahn as well as U6 with fast connection to Kreuzberg and Berlin Mitte) as well as near the U-Bahn station Alt-Tempelhof (5 min walk). The Tempelhofer Feld is barely 10 min walk away. The house is located almost at the end of a small cul-de-sac and includes 6 other parties, overall we are a very quiet house. Nearby there is pretty much every supermarket your heart desires. There is a small shopping center at Tempelhofer Hafen.
