Beautiful and extraordinary well located 1 floor house, with terrace, very sunny, with a studio-room as a principal room, 2 bathrooms (1 complete 1 for visits), old Mexican style kitchen and well furnished, silent, beautiful and with a nice Bugambilia climbing plant in the patio. Living room, dinner room,Parking-Patio (electric door if you used as Parking), fusion decoration ( between Mexican colonial and modern), beside ITAM University, (few steps) wit a good water reservoir, and close to the best arteries of the City (Periférico, Insurgentes, Revolución etc) but silent and quit. You feel that you are not in the City when you stay in here

Comments: Its a beautiful house in 1 floor, with a big studio as room, Very sunny with bigs skylights in the living and dinner room with horizontal curtains UV protection. The nicest cobbled streets around, Wonderfull to walk. Very quiet and green.
