Charming 2-bedroom apartment in a nice calm street at the heart of the German colony, walkable to so much of the city. The inviting apartment has very recently been renovated. everything is new, works well and of high quality. It is also, we believe, extremely beautiful. every detail has been given thought and care. It looks good and feels good. Good vibe, a very warm, pleasant comfortable and spirit uplifting space to be in. Enjoy an evening on the balcony among the flowers, have a family evening in the charming living room, or have a good work session in the well lit room. We hope it will accompany your creative thoughts, writing and ideas if you choose to rent it. This apartment is our personal home and only available when when traveling. It is filled with books (Hebrew, English, French), and personal touches. It is aimed to serve mainly a single person or a couple but as said, has a small, separate bedroom and even two other beds if necessary (all in all can sleep four to five people). Not really suitable for small children, There are plants on the outside terraces which would appreciate watering from time to time. Hard to describe how good the location is, but if you have ever been to Jerusalem, you’d appreciate it. Cafés and restaurants all around - German colony, Baka. A variety of synagogue of all sorts in short walking distance. Numerous busses on the main street 200 m from the apartment. Walking distance to city center, all central neighborhoods of Jerusalem, the great synagogue as well as numerous Jerusalem open-minded synagogues, king David St, and the old city. Easy transportation to the Hebrew University and everywhere else. Street parking space is plentiful. Spaces include: - Open-plan living room/dining room and wide comfortable and fully equipped kitchen. - Separate bedroom with a comfortable queen-size high quality mattress (sleeps 2) - Small bedroom for one person (can sleep two) - Small bedroom for a kid, with high bed. - Single bathroom with a very comfortable, spacious shower - Nice, leafy outside terraces with chairs and table No smoking, No Parties. No pets. I prefer not to rent to families with small kids, but this is a possibility.
