Description
We are a family with 2 young kids. We are leaving for a year's sabbatical in HK. We are looking for a couple / family who would like to enjoy our beautiful house and take good care of it. If you play the piano, like bird-chirping, lichie, mango, berries and lemons, and taking walks in the woods - this might be the place for you. Transportation to universities does require a car, but we can offer two of those. Kindergartens are close by. Schools a bit less. But we are perfectly happy to drive our kids 20-30 min. to a great Waldorf-Steiner-Anthroposophical school & Kindergarten. Other schools are not too far either.

one elderly cat. Pretty much self-sufficient. Does not litter inside the house! only outsides. Just needs food and water in the basement. A few house-plants need watering. Th garden will be tended to by a gardener.

Arrives at a POB in the Kibbutz. Collecting would be nice.

Home: several orchids and pot-plants. Garden: lawn, bushes, trees => gardener!

Comments: Perfect for those who seek a green & quiet location, fruit trees and a cozy fireplace. Fits up to family with 2-3 kids of any age. Good kindergartens close by, schools are a bit further away with/without school-bus. Shopping malls close by.
