Extremely Quiet country retreat near Lake Erie

This was my in laws house. It has been in the family over 51 years. It is our future retirement home. I cannot emphasize enough how quiet it is..internet is Spectrum..for $40 you can make it faster. I did install a 70” smart TV. Has window air conditioners which do a great job. Furnace works like a champ. Being by the lake I been asked, “are the winds cold coming off Lake Erie?” My answer, “yes”, but no different than most places. And the lake breeze during the summer and fall is way better than ac. This has been used for Airbnb. It has everything you will need to comfortably live. Newer appliances, dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, steak knives, microwave, coffee maker, sheets, pillows and blankets. If you think of anything else, ask. It was a warm claw foot tub my mother in law spent $3000 for a liner..and you take a shower in the same area. I love the place..rustic but very comfortable. If you want peace and quiet, no traffic and the Lake, don’t look anywhere else. Can park 8 cars in driveway. I cannot think of anything else.. if you do, please ask. I have a Master of Arts in Theological Studies. Wanted to become a minister, until I didn’t. Finished my degree and went into selling investments. I always said “it was an easy transition from selling Eternal security to Financial security.” We are easy going and kind. Hope you find people similar. My golden rule is, “Listen more and be kind”.
