Description
The apartment is very comfortable and fully furnished. The sun streams in in the morning as we sit on the front patio and see and hear the sea. The back patio, which overlooks the park, gets the sun in the afternoon. We have just installed new flooring and new carpet in the bedrooms. Importantly there is a new and very quiet reverse cycle air conditioner, plus another one in the main bedroom. We have use of a 10m long pool, spa and barbeque facilities in front of the apartment complex.

Comments: The apartment is one of 24 and is on the middle floor of 3 levels. From the balcony in the front, you can see the waves and you can walk there in 2 minutes. There is also a rear balcony which overlooks a park. The apartment has a new floating floor and new carpet in the bedrooms. It has every modern facility, including air conditioning.

Comments: Apartment is fully furnished with new furniture and has every modern facility. There is an undercover garage for one car, plus space for storage. The place is a joy, the area is superlative and I am very enthusiastic about it!

Comments: Ideally we would like the place rented for the entire time, but will try to be flexible. The single beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a queen size bed, with appropriate linen provided. Also the pool with BBQ is a very pleasant area.
