Available August-September This is our beautiful 3-bedroom penthouse. Which we were lucky enough to be able to buy and renovate just a few months ago. We absolutely love it. It's situated in the trendy Sants neighborhood, at the foot of Montjuic park (where the Olympics were held and home to many swimming pools, gyms, tennis and paddle board club and horse-riding stables and museums). This neighborhood is a great choice for your stay, as it has plenty of amazing bars and restaurants, and you’ll also have the Poble Sec and Sant Antoni areas nearby. The main train station, Estació de Sants and Plaza de España are at walking distance. Sants is a beautiful local neighbourhood. We moved to this neighbourhood 5 years ago and loved it su much we decided to buy our house here. it's not a touristic hotspot, so you can enjoy the local life. But at the same time it's a lively place with very nice spots like cafes and bars with live music. There are two metro stops (L1, L5 lines) less than 10 minutes away and a bike lane that starts from our road so you are able to get around the city quickly and easily. With a short train, bus or car ride you can reach a nice beach in the outskirts of the city. We go there very often at weekends or late afternoons for a swim. This apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, although it's at maximum comfort with 4. We have 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized futon bed and access to a small balcony terrace. The second bedroom has a foldable double bed and is next to a second bathroom with shower on the top floor, next to a big terrace. Both bedrooms have ample built-in closet space (we can free up some space). The apartment has recently been fully refurbished. It has a large living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (we love to cook!). The house comes with plenty of amenities, such as a dishwasher, microwave and all appliances (top quality), new washing machine and air conditioning on the top floor. Both double bedrooms have fans. High speed internet and WIFI connection is included. Heating throughout apartment is natural gas (modern radiators). The kid's bedroom is perfect for a small kid of 1-10 (our is one year old) - pictures of the kid's bedroom are available upon request. And yet we recognise the equally huge privilege of owning our house. We will give at least 10%of the rent price to local social/urban gardening projects.
